7 心理治疗
长期慢性LBP会对患者的情绪和心理产生严重的影响,英国学者认为慢性疼痛患者100%有抑郁症,美国为70%～80%。故抗抑郁治疗应引起高度重视。单一的治疗方法常不能解决LBP的所有问题。不同方法的有机结合以及不同学科的配合治疗将是治愈LBP的最终途径。
