4 小结
运动作为一种应激手段能够提高对骨骼肌、肝脏等器官对IGF- I 的分泌, 进而促使骨骼肌细胞增殖和分化[7, 22] , 增加蛋白质的合成, 抑制蛋白质的降解[23] 。低氧运动对GH- IGF- I 功能轴距有抑制作用。低氧训练( 高原训练) 对体重、体成份都产生了一定的影响。这与IGF- I、GH 以及睾酮、皮质醇等其他激素或因素有关系。具体的作用机制需要进一步研究。近年来大多报道的是血液中IGF- I 与运动、低氧运动的关系, 对骨骼肌中IGF- I 的影响尚未见报道。
