综上所述, TNF-α1 等位基因可能与COPD 的易感性相关,TNF-α1 等位基因频率在临床上可作为遗传性标记之一进行检测, 用于早期发现对COPD 易感的高风险人群, 对于预防COPD的发展具有重要意义。但几种基因型的多态性显然不能解释COPD 发病中全部的基因调控机制及其遗传易感性。今后的工作将集中在多个基因的多态性与COPD 易感性的关系, 以寻找预防COPD 发生发展的多种基因标志。
