随着肝脏疾病蛋白质组学研究的不断深入,将会不断产生新的和更权威的具有诊断潜能的生物分子靶标,通过分析和监视相应蛋白质的变化,能及时掌握患者病程特点和进展趋势,对于患者的个体化治疗具有重要价值;更有意义的是,早期发现这些预警分子不仅可以有助于临床诊断、治疗肝脏疾病,甚至可以发现患病的高危人群,及早采取相应措施,从而做到防患于未然。
