固定剂量联合制剂治疗2 型糖尿病的研究进展

4 结语

大量的临床试验已证实, 早期联合口服降糖药, 积极控制血糖, 是减少2 型糖尿病血管并发症及单药大剂量应用所致不良反应的有效手段。因此,应尽早选用不同作用机制的药物,发挥药物间互补作用,在降低血糖的同时也能保护胰岛B 细胞功能,从而延缓慢性并发症的发生、发展。
