近年来对股骨颈骨折的解剖生理和生物力学研究有较大的进展,在提高骨折愈合率、降低股骨头坏死及塌陷方面作了许多治疗上的改进。在临床上应根据患者的年龄、病理特点、精神状况、骨质疏松情况、骨折的类型、患者的活动情况,以及患者的要求选择合适的治疗方法。尽管近年来股骨颈骨折治疗研究取得重大进展,但在手术时间选择、并发症预防、人工关节研究、骨水泥技术,以及外科技术方面尚有待进一步的研究。
