4 问题与展望
蛋白质组学技术从细胞分子水平阐明心血管疾病的发病机制,了解在生理和病理状态下心血管系统蛋白的变化,为疾病的治疗提供新的手段和思路。
目前研究较多停留在蛋白质表达模式的层次,对蛋白质功能研究较少,但蛋白质组学研究的最终目的是阐明蛋白质的功能。另外蛋白质的翻译后修饰如磷酸化、甲基化和糖基化对蛋白质功能有重要影响,如蛋白激酶的活性与其磷酸化程度密切相关,因而对蛋白质翻译后修饰的研究是了解蛋白质功能的重要途径,将是未来研究的重点。
总之,随着蛋白质组学研究的深入和在心血管疾病研究中的广泛应用,系统揭示疾病中蛋白质组的动态变化,使我们更全面更深入地了解心血管疾病的病理机制,并可能从基因或蛋白质的水平找到干预疾病发生和转归的新途径,为心血管系统疾病的治疗开拓一个全新的领域。
