9 结语

Cx43的表达与心律失常存在密切联系,通过以上多种途径影响Cx43功能和表达的变化,可发挥其抗心律失常的作用。因此, Cx43可作为治疗和研究心律失常的新靶点,为临床研究提供更广阔的思路。
