4 展望
神经损伤后的修复一直是一个世界性难题。传统观点认为不论是中枢神经细胞还是周围神经的节细胞, 在出生后都不能分裂增生, 及为永久性细胞( permanent cells) 。MSCs 的发现开辟了神经修复领域的新纪元, 近期的研究已经证实了其在神经损伤修复中具有广阔的应用前景。虽然间充质干细胞具有优越的生物学特性和良好的增殖分化潜能, 动物模型试验和临床应用研究也取得了一定的效果。目前对MSCs 的研究尚处于探索阶段, 还存在很多问题, 有待进一步解决, 如对MSCs 本身特性的研究, 如何提纯等等, 尚需进一步研究。相信随着对MSCs 研究的逐步深入, MSCs 在神经系统损伤修复治疗中的应用前景将更广阔。
